I couldn't complain about the served continental breakfast in the hotel, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating when we only needed two rooms instead of the original 3. The rooms overlooking the street and the Melina Hotel were excellent, as was the inclusive breakfast.
The hotel offers modern and very clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff, along with good breakfast facilities. The continental breakfast served was limited but satisfying, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a welcoming experience. The location is perfect for easy access to the old town, shopping, bars, and the beach, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. It's a great quality stay for the price.
The hotel is in a brilliant location, perfect for exploring both old and new Benidorm. The rooms offer plenty of options, including convenient tea/coffee making facilities. The service was outstanding, particularly in helping arrange affordable local transportation. The dining experience, although good value, is tied to neighboring establishments. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor drawbacks.
